![]() ![]() The “local” local Flat Stanley has a wardrobe created by Adams School’s third and fourth grade teacher Cheryl Pelletier that ranges from Los Vegas and Castine Cubs t-shirts to formal wear, but for Flat Stanley’s visits outside of Castine, students first cut out, and then decorated, their own personal versions of the adventurous boy. This is just what Adams School first and second graders did late in March. Now he can slide under doors, be flown as a kite, and, most important for school children everywhere, be folded into an envelope and mailed all over the world, as part of the Flat Stanley Project. During this time they will complete a minimum of 2-3 entries with pictures of some fun adventures they take!
